Search the catalog
The search field in the store header finds products by name or category. Category labels follow the selected interface language.
Run a search
- Select the search field in the BERICOD header.
- Start typing a product, game or service name.
- Select a suggestion or confirm your query.
- Compare the results and open the relevant item.
A top-up suggestion may lead directly to Top-ups; other searches lead to the general catalog.
Open the catalog →If no items are found
Shorten the query to the game or service name, check spelling, or try its name in another language. Clear the query to browse a category. On the Top-ups page, also check the selected category: it limits results.
Refresh the page if the catalog fails to load. Contact support if the problem persists.
