Purchase history
Profile history shows orders belonging to the current account. You must sign in; orders from another account are not shown here.
Open Purchase history →Find an order
- Check the active account's email in your profile.
- Open history and wait for it to load.
- Search by order number or product title, or select a status.
- Open the relevant order details.
Search covers all orders for this account, not just the visible page. Combine a query with a status filter. Wait for results after changing the query; Load more continues the current filtered results.
Order details
Check the order number, date, status, currency and total. Items show their titles, quantities, unit prices and line totals. A line amount and the whole order total may cover different quantities or items.
An order record is not a bank statement. For a question about a charge or fulfillment, give support the order number and describe the discrepancy.
Reading statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Awaiting payment | The order has not been marked paid or completed. |
| Paid | Payment is recorded in the system; fulfillment is not yet confirmed complete. |
| In progress | The order is at the fulfillment stage. |
| Completed | Fulfillment is marked complete. |
| Cancelled | The order is marked cancelled. |
| Refunded | A refund is recorded in the system; ask support about refund-related questions. |
Statuses do not define a universal fulfillment or crediting time. Do not make another purchase just to check an existing order's state.
Empty history versus a loading error
An empty list can mean no orders for this account or no matches under the current filter. Clear filters and check the account. A loading error means the list could not be retrieved; it does not prove there are no orders.
Selecting a product or amount, or opening chat, does not create a paid order record. See current checkout limitations and support.
